Fresco Ranch Tuna Salad


This recipe comes all the way to us from a Fresco fan in Fort Worth, TX!

This tuna salad is delicious all on its own, mixed with some bowtie noodles to make it a tuna pasta salad or spread on bread to make some tuna salad sandwiches.


  • 2x 7oz. cans white Albacore Tuna (drained)

  • 3/4 cup minced carrot

  • 3 tbsp sweet relish (drained)

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 2 tbsp mustard

  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise

  • 1-2 tsp Fresco Ranch Spice Blend


  1. Mix together. Add more mayonnaise if needed, to taste.

  2. Best served chilled at least 2-3 hours.

  3. Store covered in fridge. Good for up to 3 days.
