Creamy Garlic & Shrimp Pasta

INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons oil

1 lb. large shrimp (peeled & deveined)

Fresco City Grille

8 oz. Cremini Mushrooms (Sliced)

½ teaspoon of Red Pepper Flake

8 oz. pasta cooked al dente

1 pint of heavy cream

Salt to taste

Heat large skillet with oil on medium heat.  Add shrimp; sprinkle Fresco City Grille over the top only on one side.  Sauté both sides until lightly pink.  Remove shrimp from pan.  Place sliced mushrooms in pan and cook 2-3 minutes adding more oil if needed.  Add Shrimp, back to the skillet. Pour in heavy cream adding red pepper flake.  Cook on medium low heat for 2 minutes then add drained pasta.  Mix well and warm through.  Turn off heat and let sauce thicken. Salt to taste.  Serve hot.
