Tuna Sashimi

Who needs the expensive sushi place when you can whip together your own Tuna Sashimi at home?

Looks fancy but you won't believe how easy it is!


  • 2 Ahi Tuna Steaks

  • 1 tbs Fresco Rustic Rub Spice Blend

  • 2 tbs toasted sesame seeds or black sesame seeds

  • Sesame Oil or Olive oil

  • Soy Sauce and Wasabi for dipping


Pat dry tuna steaks with paper towel.

Mix together, Rustic Rub and sesame seeds in a medium size bowl.

Pour sesame oil on a plate.

Dip both sides of tuna steak into sesame oil. Follow by dipping both sides into Rustic Rub and sesame mix.

Place in non stick pan on medium heat. Sear until you see a light layer of gray and flip over and do the same on the other side.

Remove and slice into 1/4” pieces. Can refrigerate and serve cold.

Serve with Soy Sauce and Wasabi.
