Mexicali Salsa a must have in the pantry!
Try this tasty cilantro base blend on chicken, beef, pork, and fish for a bit of zip. Great in all types of Mexican and Tex-Mex foods including fajitas and tacos. Also works well in dirty rice and on grilled skirt steak, eggs and guacamole of course!
Ingredients: Sea salt, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, dehydrated red bell pepper, cilantro, spices, jalapeno, red pepper flake.
2 RIPE AVOCADOS’
¼ CUP CHOPPED ONION
¼ CUP CHOPPED FRESH CILANTRO
2 TABLESPOONS OF FRESCO “MEXICALI SALSA”
LIGHT SQUEEZE OF A LIME
MASH AVOCADO WITH FORK LEAVING SOME SMALL CHUNKS, ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS. REFRIGERATE
