Mexi Blast Great Guacamole

Guacamole may be the best food invention ever in my opinion.  It is the perfect condiment on ANYTHING.  Yes, you can put guacamole on, in, or with anything.  I challenge you to come up with something that doesn't taste better with a little guacamole.


  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 onion
  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1/3 cup cilantro 
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Fresco Mexi Blast


Mash your avocados until desired consistency.  I love to use a pastry blender.  If you are doing a really large batch and have a stand up mixer those work great as well.




  Next, clean and dice your onion, tomatoes and jalapeno and add to your mashed avocados.  Add your chopped cilantro, lime juice and Fresco Mexi Blast seasoning and combine!




*Serving Tips*

Serve alongside chips or fresh veggies for perfect party trays.

Mix in some shredded chicken and fill a croissant for the ultimate chicken salad sandwich.

Smear it on a bagel and top with a fried egg for a yummy breakfast.

Mix in seared ahi tuna chunks to really impress your guests.

Put a spoonful in your tacos along with our fresh salsa.

I could go on and on but I really need to finish this post so I can get back to snacking on my freshly made guacamole.
