Fresco Chili Sauce
Sauté ground beef just to cook through. (don’t over cook , it will also be simmering when all ingredients are mixed.) Drain off grease and put in large stock pot.
Sauté onion in oil until tender and add garlic, sauté for one minute. Add all spices to onion and cook one more minute. Add to stock pot and mix.
In a separate bowl mix brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce. Add to stock pot. Mix well and add water.
Bring to a light boil and turn stove back to a simmer.
Add salt to taste. Add small amounts of more water if the sauce is to thick.
This can be frozen in smaller containers for later use.
