Glaze:  Mix 1/2 cup orange marmalade, 2 TBL horseradish, 1 TBL Fresco Smokey French Mustard.  Serve over grilled salmon for a delicious glaze with a kick.  Or pour over a block of cream cheese as an alternative to pepper jelly.
