  • 4 TEAS. ELITE EIGHT*

WHISK ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER & SERVE.

*ADD MORE BUTTERMILK FOR A THINNER CONSISTENCY.

BAKED FISH

PLACE FISH ON PARCHMENT LINED COOKIE SHEET.

SPRINKLE A GOOD AMOUNT OF GARLIC BLEND ON

FISH AND TOP WITH A SMALLER AMOUNT OF ELITE EIGHT.PLACE PATS OF BUTTER ON TOP OF FISH OR DRIZZLE WITHOLIVE OIL. BAKE @ 350 FOR 12 – 15 MIN. USE FORK TO TEST AND WHEN IT FLAKES FISH IS DONE.
