A Louisiana style blend that has a little kick. Spices includes:  paprika, cumin, garlic, basil, unrefined sea salt, cayenne & spices.  Flavors any type of dish with a mayonnaise base.  Great for crab cake seasoning!   Add to breading and batters or in soups, seafood & pasta’s or to your favorite deviled eggs or potatoes salad.  Great on Chicken, pork, beef & fish.  This is another flavorful all purpose blend.

JALEPINO CRAB DIP

  • 1 CLOVE OF MINCED GARLIC
  • 2 TBL. CHOPPED PICKLED JALAPENOS
  • 1 CUP MONTEREY JACK GRATED
  • 1 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1TSP. BOTTLED HOT SAUCE
  • ½ CUP + 1 TBL. MAYO
  • 4 TBL. PARMESAN CHEESE, SPLIT ( 2 TBL. IN MIX & 2TBL ON TOP LAST 5 MIN.)
  • 1 – 2 TSP. FRESCO’S CREOLE BLEND
  • 8OZ. LUMP CRAB OR IMITATION CRAB
  • 1 CUP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE - PUT ON THE LAST 5 MIN.

MIX FIRST 8 INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE CRAB & CHEDDAR CHEESE. 

ADD CRAB STIRRING GENTLY IF USING LUMP.  SPOON INTO UNGREASED BAKING

DISH.  BAKE 350 FOR 15 MIN. 

TOP WITH REMAINING CHEDDAR & PARMESAN CHEESE BAKE UNTIL MELTED. 

SERVE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS OR PUT IN FLOUR TORTILLA’S AND WRAPIT UP LIKE A BURRITO.
