Blazing Hot!  A spicy blend to coat your fish or meat with.  Especially great on chicken, fish, shrimp and scallops.  Great on Salmon, then broiling with blue cheese dressing on top! 

Cayenne pepper, paprika, onion, garlic, unrefined sea salt, pepper, salt & spices.

BLUE CHEESE SAUCE

  • 2 OZ. CRUMBLED BLUE CHEESE    
  • ½ TEAS. FRESH GROUND PEPPER
  • PINCH OF SALT                                
  • ½ TEAS. LIME JUICE
  • ¼ CUP MAYO

MIX WELL. SPREAD ON TOP OF BLACKENED FISH OR MEAT WHEN IT IS ABOUT

FINISHED COOKING.  COVER AND LET MELT. SERVE.

THIS CAN ALSO BE SERVED COLD.  TRY IT ON A SANDWICH!

 

CHIPOTLE MAYO

  • 1 CHIPOTLE PEPPER CHOPPED *  
  • ½ CUP MAYO
  • ½ TBL. HONEY

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND SERVE WITH FISH, SEAFOOD, BURGERS, CHICKEN OR

BEEF.  CAN BE USED AS A SPREAD ON WRAPS OR SANDWICHES.

* 1 PEPPER FROM A CAN OF CHIPOTLE PEPPERS IN ADOBO. USUALLY FOUND IN THE HISPANIC FOOD SECTION AT YOUR MARKET.
