MANGO SALSA

 This simple and colorful Mango Salsa is super easy to make and adds a big flavor punch!  It's sweet, spicy and absolutely delicious.  Serve this fresh Mango Salsa with tortilla chips, chicken, beef, seafood, taco's or fajita's.  You could also serve it on salad or just eat it straight out of the bowl as a salad.  It is that good!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 RED BELL PEPPERS 
  • 1 BUNCH OF GREEN ONIONS
  • 1 MANGO
  • 1/4 CUP CILANTRO (CHOPPED)
  • 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC
  • 2 TABLESPOONS LIME JUICE
  • 1 TEASPOON  FRESCO "CHILI LIME CHIPOTLE"

CHOP RED BELL PEPPERS, GREEN ONION (INCLUDING STEMS), MANGO, CILANTRO AND GARLIC.  PLACE IN MEDIUM SIZE BOWL, ADD LIME JUICE AND FRESCO "CHILI LIME CHIPOTLE".  GENTLY MIX AND REFRIGERATE.

OPTIONS:  CUCUMBERS, PINEAPPLE OR BERRIES CAN BE ADDED.
